Ricacorp Real Listing App Campaign

This project marked our first collaboration with Ricacorp, producing a high-impact TV commercial for their new property app Real Listing.

To highlight the app’s smart features and real-time property data, we used CGI effects to bring the digital experience to life. The commercial stars popular TVB actor Kalok Chow, whose energetic performance helped connect with a wide audience.

From concept development to final delivery, our team handled the full production — including scripting, CGI integration, on-set direction, and post-production. The result is a sleek, engaging commercial that introduces Real Listing as a fresh, tech-forward solution for property seekers.
